My interest in permanent makeup sprouted in 2011 while on a business trip at a California Tattoo Convention. From then, my interest for permanent makeup grew into a hidden passion I didn’t know existed! Artistry was in my blood. Like most girls, I loved everything about makeup, but never had any interest to pursue it as a career.
At a very young age, singing was evident and aspiring to sing was where it was at for me. Fortunately enough, I have been blessed to work as a professional vocalist. However, that wasn’t enough. Growing up I knew I was meant to uplift women (and men) and to somehow help change their lives . So when I stumbled upon a permanent makeup booth at that California convention, I was mesmerized… And hooked! It took years of digging, learning, and understanding the art, culture, and business of permanent cosmetics. With the blessing and gratitude of learning under renowned award winning tattoo artist Oscar Gomez of OG Tattoos & Gallery and certified under “The Eyebrow Whisperer”, Debi Diorio of Mirasol Spa, I have made it a mission… and a passion…. To uplift women and men with the art of permanent cosmetics!
CONSULTATIONS are always free! With any Permanent Cosmetics procedure, I set aside 30 minutes to 1 hour for any permanent makeup consultation. During this time, I get to know what the client is hoping to achieve. We discuss everything they need to know about permanent makeup. For EYEBROW procedures, I also go over brow design. I find a shape based on the client’s bone structure and from there, it’s a collaborative effort. Ultimately, I am not trying to change the client’s face, but only helping to accentuate their natural beauty. Please keep in mind, Permanent Makeup is a process. A 4-6 week follow up/touch up is required. During that 4-6 week healing time, understand you will go through several different healing stages. At the time of the follow up, reinforcement of pigment takes place and design is tweaked if necessary. Scalp Micropigmentation and Vitiligo Camouflage require more than 2 sessions depending on the case to case basis. There is a stigma about Permanent Cosmetics. People fear permanent makeup because of botched jobs and I hope to break that stigma. At the end of the day, it is important that everyone walks away feeling comfortable and confident about this possible life changing decision. And it is my goal to equip any potential client with all the information they need to know to make this big decision.
